Egg Salad with Samardala

Ingredients

6 eggs
4–6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1-2 fresh garlic
1-2 spring onion
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 teaspoon samardala
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

1. Boil the eggs, peel off the shells and cut them into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, spices, oil and chopped onion and garlic.
3. Cover and leave in the fridge to cool for 1 hour.
4. Add the chopped eggs to the mixture and stir.
5. Cover again and place in the refrigerator for another hour.
