Balkan Chubritsa (savory, chubritza) is a traditional Balkan Savory Seasoning. This herb is the queen of spices on the Balkans. It is used as the base for many of the traditional Bulgarian spice mixes.

Here is an easy recipe that you can make from the chubrista (a recommended dosage for medicinal use):
-soak 2 tablespoons of the finely chopped herb soaked in 500 ml;
– leave it to soak for 1 hour in boiling water;
– strain and drink before meals.
