Paprika (Spicy)

Spicy paprika (or hot red chili pepper) is one of the most beloved spices in Bulgarian cuisine — you will find in many typical Bulgaria meal giving them a distinctive kick.

Hot paprika has a typical spicy and at the same time sweet flavor is a great addition to any dish that you would like to spice up.

It is an excellent source of vitamins A, B6, C and K, as well as manganese and dietary fiber.  Red chili pepper has the ability to provide additional heat in the body, improving blood circulation and, increasing metabolic processes and in fact cooling your body down so it works great in summer dishes as well as in winter ones.
