Lovage (or devesil) is another typical spice used in Bulgarian cuisine.
Lovage is similar in taste to soup seasoning but is tastes like the “real thing”. It can be used whenever celery is desired: in soups, salads. casseroles, stuffings, etc. It combines well with parsley, dill, black and red pepper, marjoram and garlic for more complex spice flavors.
Ingredients: 100% lovage (Levisticum officinale, Liebstöckel, Livèche).
