Sesame combines very well with lemon and honey. Sesame seeds are an excellent addition to the dough for buns, cakes or bread. Can be sprinkled on steamed vegetables or salad. Chicken skewers and bites have more flavor if they are rolled in sesame seeds.
Sesame seed is not only an excellent source of copper and manganese, but also a very good source of magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin B1 and dietary fiber.
