Savory Chubritsa – Rodopska Style (Spicy)

Savory Chubritsa – Rodopska Style is also known as Rodopska chubritsa. It is a traditional Bulgarian spice mix.

Called Rodopska style after the Rhodope mountain region it originated it from, this type of sharena salt is made of domestic and wild savory, fenugreek, thyme, maize and corn and is very popular in Bulgaria and of course super tasty.

It goes well on stews, toasts, buttered bread, bean salads, toasts, pizza, feta cheese, eggs, etc.

Ingredients: Balkan chubritsa/savory, garden chubritsa/savory, Fenugreek, oregano, thyme, spicy red pepper, sweet red pepper, salt, ground corn.
