Hey Ivo,
My wife is Bulgarian and we love traditional Bulgarian cuisine. We’ve actually grown
Bulgarian Honey Garlic to make samardala here at home, but it’s great that you offer these
spices in a more convenient form!
If we could, we’d buy European sprat to make tsatsa (we currently make it with black
anchovies, close, but not the same), Bulgarian beer and rakia as well! Those things are harder
to ship here to Canada for logistical and legal reasons, and as we’re not traveling to Bulgaria
this summer we’ll have to do without. Still, we’re trying to bring as much of it to Canada this
year as possible. 🙂
Also, any idea where I can buy a Sach that ships to Canada?
