… because I’ve visited Bulgarian friends several times in Bulgaria, with strong connections there and I found I really
liked Chubritsa. I have several Bulgarian friends here in the UK too- and have loved the food.
I use Chubrutsa often, especially with pork dishes- but on fish and many different kinds of meat. It’s a really great
flavour and there’s no substitute for it!! I don’t like being without it abd I even give it to friends to try! I feel they
need to have the opportunity to enjoy it too. I use it in all sorts of made up dishes.
