I have been using the ones I bought in so many dishes but the simplest one, that I
absolutely love, is to sprinkle on either slices of or mashed avocado. It makes
all the difference.
I also use them liberally on other foods, such as courgettes and aubergines that I
like but find have very little flavor of their own.
I am so very glad I took that trip to Plovdiv and was introduced to these.
